Domenici asks voters to support Pearce in new ad

Retiring U.S. Sen. Pete Domenici is appearing in a new TV ad urging New Mexicans to replace him with the Republican candidate, Steve Pearce.
Here’s the 30-second ad from the Pearce campaign:

Domenici released a statement of support for Pearce on June 4, the day after Pearce defeated Domenici’s preferred candidate, Heather Wilson, in the June primary. Pearce is facing a huge deficit in the polls against the Democratic candidate, Tom Udall.
