Richardson mailer sent to wrong address

In my mailbox on Saturday was a flyer from the campaign of Gov. Bill Richardson urging me to “send George Bush and the Washington Republicans a message: We need change.” Though the mailer had our address on it, it wasn’t sent to my wife or me. It was addressed to someone named Vanessa Gonzales.
As far as I know, no one by that name has ever lived at this house, even before we owned it, and there is certainly not currently anyone with that name who is registered to vote at this location.
The mailer also has a section that is supposed to help Vanessa find her polling place. It says her voting location is

As usual the Republicans are much better organized to get out the vote than the local Democrats. I the Dems lose again it will be their own damn fault.
If someone really wants to vote they will take the time and find their polling location. It's common sense.
Vanessa Gonzales is registered to vote in prec. 13 in Sunland Park. Her polling place is Riverside Elemn. School at 9001 McNutt Road. We obtained this information from the SoS web page on the state polling place look up. I've attached a copy of the info.

The reason the mail piece went to a different address was a result of our campaign matching our voter file against the National Change of Address. NCOA gave us an address the voter on Bell in Las Cruces. The building is an apt building -I believe- according to NCOA that is where she receives her mail, however she is registered to vote at an address in Sunland Park. Where someone is registered to vote and where they get their mail do not always match.
